Love that I can feel (& look) like roadkill & still be inspired on a training Zoom! (So glad I can disable video lol.)
has a way of reaching you if you are open to it.
Off to bed with Eucalyptus in my diffuser, took a Zyrtec and Nasonex up my nose lol. Only 8 more weeks of this yay! *hackcoughchoke*
Saw an allergist today, got some blood work done and will be doing a series of allergy shots. She also switched up my medication regimen; had I known there were intranasal antihistamines I would have been doing lines of Zyrtec like it was the 80s.
Allergy to mosquito bites has gotten me two Rx steroids, Zyrtec, Benadryl, cold ice packs and advice to not get my feet hot. Lol #thxdoc
Question for those who deal with seasonal allergies with their kids: Do you stop giving the allergy meds (Zyrtec) for a time period prior to allergist appointment? Corbin goes back to allergist in a couple weeks and I know they want to test him again. I just read online I should not give him meds from 3 days to couple weeks before appointment since the antihistamine can alter the results. Any thoughts on this??
